Rotate the adjusting screw on the metering oil pump to obtain the proper oil flow. Clockwise rotation of the screw increases the flow; counterclockwise rotation decreases the flow.
If necessary, the oil discharge rate may further be adjusted by changing the position of the cam in the pump connecting rod. The shorter the rod throw the more oil will be pumped. Adjust the throw by means of three holes provided.
NOTE: After adjusting the metering oil pump, check the discharge rate again.
