- Raise and support the rear of the truck.
- Disconnect the hoses from the condenser tank.
- Unbolt and remove the condenser tank.
- Install the tank and tighten the bolts.
- Connect the hoses to the tank.
- Lower the truck.
- Disconnect the hoses from the check valve.
- Unscrew and remove the valve.
- Position a new valve on the crossmember. Tighten the attaching screws.
- Connect all hoses to the valve.
