LEVEL CHECK
Park the car on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
Remove the check plug from the differential.
Check to see if oil level is at the bottom of the check plug hole.
If the fluid level is below the low mark, place a funnel into the plug hole and add the specified oil.
Install the check plug with a new washer and tighten the plug to 29–40 ft. lbs. (39–54 Nm).
