Power Sunroof

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Slide the sunshade all the way to the rear position.
2. Fully close the glass sliding panel.
3. Remove the left, the right and the lower trim covers from around the sunroof perimeter.

4. Remove the installation nuts from around the sliding sunroof panel and the lower panel.
5. Remove the sliding panel by pushing it upward from inside the vehicle.
6. Fully close the sunshade. Insert the manual operation handle and move the sunshade so that it is to the rear approximately 0.19–0.39 inch (5–10 mm).
7. Using a prytool, lift the sunshade stopper, located at the rear of the cable holder and then release the stopper. Move the sunshade toward the front.
8. Turn the handle and fully open the lower panel. Leave the sunshade fully closed.
9. Open the sunshade halfway and remove the set plate cap. Pull the sunshade out from the set plate notch and remove it from the vehicle.

   To install:

10. Install the slide panel to the lower panel and securely tighten the mounting screws.
11. Install the set plate cap.
12. Install the surrounding trim panels. Check operation of the sunroof and adjust as is necessary.
