Fuel System Pressure

RELIEVING

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning of this section.
2. Disconnect the fuel pump relay, located at the ECM.
3. Start the engine.
4. After the engine stalls, crank the engine several times.
5. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
6. When repairs are complete, connect the fuel pump relay.
