To Remove:
CAUTION
Do not pull on the spark plug wire set.
- Squeeze the locking tabs to remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils.
- Disconnect the electrical connector for the engine control sensor wiring from the ignition coils.
- Remove the bolts and the ignition coils.
To Install:
NOTE: Wipe the coil towers with a clean cloth dampened with soap and water. Remove any soap film and dry with compressed air. Examine for cracks, carbon tracking and dirt.
- Install the ignition coil and bolts.
- Connect the electrical connector for the engine control sensor wiring to the ignition coils.
- Install the spark plug wires to the ignition coils.
