Removal & Installation

To Remove:

NOTE: The thermostat and thermostat housing are serviced as an assembly.

1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Disconnect the coolant hose and the lower radiator hose.
3. Remove the bolts and the thermostat housing.

To Install:

1. Install the thermostat housing. Torque the bolts to 89 in-lb (10 Nm).
2. Connect the coolant hose and the lower radiator hose.
3. Fill the cooling system.
