Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Vacuum Regulator Solenoid

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the hoses.
4. Remove the bolt and remove the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.

To Install:

1. Install the bolt and remove the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid. Tighten to 71-106 in-lb (8-12 Nm).
2. Connect the hoses.
3. Connect the electrical connector.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
