- Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning
of this section.
- Drain the cooling system.
- Remove or disconnect the following:
- Negative battery cable
- Air hose
- Upper radiator hose
- Cooling and condenser fan electrical connectors
- Lower radiator hose
- Cooling fan
- Condenser fan
- Oil cooler lines, if equipped
- Radiator
To install:
- Install or connect the following:
- Radiator and torque the mounting bolts to 18 ft. lbs. (25 Nm)
- Oil cooler lines, if equipped
- Cooling and condenser fans and torque the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10
Nm)
- Lower radiator hose
- Fan electrical connectors
- Upper radiator hose
- Air hose
- Negative battery cable
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level.
- Start the vehicle, check for leaks and repair if necessary.
- Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning
of this section.
- Drain the cooling system.
- Remove or disconnect the following:
- Negative battery cable
- Right side splash shield
- Radiator grill
- Upper seal board
- Coolant reservoir tank
- Fan motor electrical connectors
- Cooling fan
- Condenser fan
- Upper and lower radiator hoses
- Oil cooler lines
- Radiator bracket
- Radiator
To install:
- Install or connect the following:
- Radiator and bracket. Torque the bracket bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm)
- Oil cooler lines
- Upper and lower radiator hoses
- Condenser fan and torque the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm)
- Cooling fan and torque the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm)
- Fan motor electrical connectors
- Coolant reservoir tank and torque the bolt to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm)
- Upper seal board
- Radiator grill
- Right side splash shield
- Negative battery cable
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level.

To install:
- Install or connect the following:
- Radiator and bracket. Torque the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm)
- Upper and lower radiator hoses
- Oil cooler lines
- Cooling and condenser fans and torque the bolts to 89 inch lbs. (10
Nm)
- Fan motor electrical connectors
- Coolant reservoir tank and torque the bolt to 89 inch lbs. (10 Nm)
- Upper seal board
- Charge air cooler
- Negative battery cable
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level.
- Start the vehicle, check for leaks and repair if necessary.
