- Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning
of this section.
- Remove or disconnect the following:
- Negative battery cable
- Tie rod nut
- Tie rod end from the steering knuckle
- Engine mount member
- Tie rod end
To install:
- Install or connect the following:
- Tie rod end
- Engine mount member and torque the bolts to 68 ft. lbs. (93 Nm)
- Tie rod end to the steering knuckle
- Tie rod nut and torque the new castle nut to 32 ft. lbs. (44 Nm)
- Negative battery cable
