Oil Pressure Sender

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Place the vehicle on a hoist to raise it.
3. Disconnect the wire at the sender.
4. Remove the oil pressure sender.

NOTE: Apply pipe sealant with Teflon® onto the sender threads.

To Install:

NOTE: Apply pipe sealant with Teflon® onto the sender threads.

1. Install the oil pressure sender.
• Torque to 11 ft-lb (15 Nm).
2. Connect the wire at the sender.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
