Speed Control Switch

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Remove the steering wheel.
2. Remove the screws on the steering wheel rear cover then remove the cover.
3. Remove the ribbon harness from the clips.
4. Remove the horn contact electrical connectors.
5. Remove the horn contact on the right side by removing the screws then removing the contact.
6. Remove the speed control switch assembly by removing the screws then removing the assembly.

To Install:

1. Install the speed control switch assembly and screws.
   • Torque to 62 in. lbs. (7 Nm).
2. Install the horn contact and screws.
   • Torque to 62 in. lbs. (7 Nm).
3. Install the horn contact electrical connectors.
4. Install the ribbon harness into the clips.
5. Install the steering wheel rear cover and screws.
6. Install the steering wheel.
