Evaporative Emission Vent Solenoid

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Remove the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister.
2. Disconnect the vapor canister hose from the valve.
3. Remove the canister vent solenoid.

To Install:

1. Install the canister vent solenoid.
2. Connect the vapor canister hose to the valve.
3. Install the EVAP canister.
4. Perform the EVAP System Leak Test. (Refer to EVAP System Leak Test procedure.)
5. Perform the EVAP Repair Verification Drive Cycle. (Refer to EVAP Repair Verification Drive Cycle procedure.)
