Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

Removal & Installation

To Remove:

1. Remove the fuel tank.
2. Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

   NOTE: When installing a new pressure sensor, you must also install a new vapor line assembly.

4. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor and fuel line assembly.

To Install:

1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor and fuel line assembly.

   NOTE: When installing a new pressure sensor, you must also install a new vapor line assembly.

2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Install the fuel tank.
5. Perform the EVAP System Leak Test. (Refer to EVAP System Leak Test procedure.)
6. Perform the EVAP Repair Verification Drive Cycle. (Refer to EVAP Repair Verification Drive Cycle procedure.)
