- Disconnect the battery ground cable at the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the wiring from the regulator.
- Remove the regulator mounting screws.
- Remove the regulator.
To install:
- Install the new regulator and attach with the mounting screws.
- Connect the regulator wiring.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
