Brake Light Switch

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Detach the electrical connector from the switch.
2. Loosen the locknut and adjusting nut, then remove the switch from the mounting bracket above the brake pedal.

   To install:

3. Position the switch into the mounting bracket and secure with the attaching nuts.
4. Turn the brake light switch until it makes contact with the pedal, and then an additional ¹⁄₂ turn. Tighten the locknut.
5. Connect the electrical wiring and check the operation of the switch.
