REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect and plug the inlet, outlet and return hoses at the fuel pump.
3. Remove the fuel pump mounting bolts and remove the fuel pump, insulator and gaskets.

   To install:

4. Clean all gasket mating surfaces.
5. Install new gaskets and the insulator and fuel pump. Install the mounting bolts and tighten to 14–19 ft. lbs. (19–25 Nm).
6. Unplug and connect the fuel lines.
7. Connect the negative battery cable, start the engine and check for leaks.
