- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect and plug the 2 brake lines connected to the valve.
- Disconnect the wiring harness from the valve harness.
- Remove the screw(s) retaining the valve and remove the valve.
- Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. Tighten the valve
retaining screw(s) to 14–19 ft. lbs. (19–25 Nm) on Pickup/MPV
and 11–14 ft. lbs. (15–20 Nm) on Navajo. Bleed the brake system.
