REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

1. Lift up on the locking tab which retains the lens to the lamp housing. Take care not to drop the lens.
2. Remove the lens from the lamp housing and turn it to gain access to the rear of the lens.
3. Disconnect the electrical harness plug from the pigtail connector.
4. Remove the rubber boot from the back of the lens assembly.
5. Release the bulb socket retainer from its locking tab.
6. Remove the bulb and socket from the lens and pull the bulb from the socket.

   WARNING
   Never touch the bulb with your bare hands. The naturals oils from your skin will remain on the bulb, causing a localized hot-spot and premature failure. Wipe the bulb with rubbing alcohol before install it into the lens assembly.

   To install:

7. Install the bulb into the lamp socket. Follow the warning above.
8. Position the lamp socket into the lens and install the retaining clip.
9. Reposition the rubber boot.
10. Connect the electrical harness plug and position the lens assembly into the lamp housing.
11. Engage the lens retaining tab. Ensure that the lens is securely held in the lamp housing.
12. Check the light for proper operation.
